Can you train our remote employees?
Yes. We deliver live, instructor-led sessions on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or your preferred platform, with breakout rooms, polls and recordings so remote employees get the same experience as office staff.
Can you train teams in different countries and time zones?
Yes. We schedule sessions to suit your time zones and can repeat a session for another region using the “additional session time zone” add-on.
Can the training be customised to our business?
Yes. We adapt examples, exercises and case studies to your industry, systems and processes, and can design fully custom content on request.
Do participants receive certificates?
Yes. Participants receive certificates of attendance or completion, depending on the package, issued by The Business Explore.
Are on-site sessions available outside your city?
Yes. On-site training is available across Pakistan; travel and accommodation for trainers outside the city are charged at actual. International teams are usually trained online.
Who pays in PKR and who pays in USD?
Clients based in Pakistan are billed in PKR. Clients outside Pakistan are billed in USD, payable by bank transfer, Payoneer, Wise or card.
