Frequently asked questions
Which bookkeeping software do you work with?
We work in QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Xero, Tally Prime / ERP 9, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. If you don’t have software yet, we recommend and set up the best option for your business.
Who pays in PKR and who pays in USD?
Businesses based in Pakistan are billed in PKR. Clients outside Pakistan are billed in USD, payable by bank transfer, Payoneer, Wise or card.
What counts as a transaction?
A transaction is any single line on a bank, card or wallet statement, or a sales or purchase invoice we record. If your volume grows, we move you to the right plan with notice.
Do you need my software login or bank passwords?
No bank passwords are ever needed. We work with user access to your accounting software, or with statements and documents you share through a secure folder.
Can you fix books that are months or years behind?
Yes. Our catch-up bookkeeping service brings old records up to date, then we continue with a monthly plan.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Annual plans include 2 free months.
