FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How long does company registration take in Pakistan?
Most single member and private limited companies are incorporated within about a week once documents are complete, depending on SECP processing. Foreign-owned companies and special entities take longer because of security clearance and other approvals.
What is the minimum capital required?
There is generally no high minimum capital for a private limited company; you choose an authorised and paid-up capital that suits your business. Higher capital affects government fees and may be needed for some licences or visas, so we advise on the right amount.
Can foreigners own 100% of a company in Pakistan?
Foreign investors can own companies in most sectors, but some sectors have restrictions and foreign nationals usually need security clearance. We review your sector and guide you through the approvals.
Do I need to visit SECP or your office?
No. Registration is filed online through SECP eServices, and we handle the whole process remotely with digital document sharing.
What happens if I don’t file annual returns?
Late or missed filings can lead to penalties, SECP notices and the company being marked non-compliant. Our compliance packages keep your filings on time, and our revival service helps companies that have fallen behind.
Are government fees included in your price?
No. Our prices are professional fees. SECP filing fees, stamp duty and other government charges are added at actual, and we share the full cost upfront before filing.
